Mr. Morley engages in advising clients involved in commercial transactions. Mr. Morley served as House Counsel to Jupiter Wellness, Inc., having served through a successful NASDAQ Initial Public Offering and advising regarding mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Morley has extensive experience in capital advisement matters, as well as advising C Level Executives.   

Mr. Morley has first chair trial experience in matters involving product liability, construction, insurance coverage, premises security, discrimination, successor liability and charitable immunity. He has defended companies including Jeep, Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi, Honeywell, Matheson Gas Products, Garden Homes, State Farm Insurance, Andover Mutual, Philadelphia Insurance and Federal Realty Investment Trust. He has represented injured people in significant matters against substantial business concerns. He has over thirty years of litigation experience.
